Comcast to carry A1GP broadcasts in the U.S.

A1GP announced Friday that it's in final negotiations with Comcast's OLN channel to carry future A1GP broadcasts, making the championship accessible to more than 65 million U.S. households.

With existing international distribution arrangements, and a pending deal in Japan, A1GP is targeting 10 million viewers per race by the end of the season. Currently, the series is reaching about 8 million viewers per race in more than 120 countries.
