Daniel Zhao, a graduate of the Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights, California., won a contest to create a
thirty second television public service announcement (PSA) convincing teenagers to 'buckle up'. The contest was

Zhao received a $10,000 savings bond for his PSA.
