2006 ALG Awards for Residual ValueThe Automotive Lease Guide has announced the winners of its Residual Value Awards, and to no one’s surprise Honda has won the Industry Brand Residual Value Award for the third straight year. BMW has also won the Luxury Brand Residual Value Award for the third straight year, as well. Toyota, meanwhile, captured the most awards in individual categories, with the Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, RAV4, 4Runner and Sequoia all beating out their respective rivals.

In the Segment Awards, the only vehicle remotely even connected with a domestic manufacturer was the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, which won the Crossover Utility Vehicle category. Jeep, Saturn and GMC, however, did place within the top ten for Brand Residual Value at 6, 9 and 10.

While BMW won the Luxury Brand Residual Value award, only the MINI Cooper won a segment for the company (Compact Car). Mercedes Benz, meanwhile, nabbed best residual value for luxury cars with the CLS.
