'666 Woman' staying off UK roads to save your souls
A retired British nurse, June Dumas, figures she's doing the world a favor by not driving today.
Dumas is known as the '666 Woman,' and is understandibly a bit superstitious. You see, she was born weighing 6 lbs. and 6 oz. on... June 6. The time? 0600 BST (British Summer Time). If that's not enough synchronicity for Autoblog readers, today is her 66th birthday.
Dumas says she's grown less superstitious as the years have gone by, but she's still endured some 'nasty accidents.'
As such, she won't take the wheel today herself, though she does plan on visiting a casino. Good luck, June.
