And you think Americans are bad drivers

This bus driver had a small girl sitting on the dashboard of this large bus while talking on a cell phone in England. The girl, around seven or eight, can be seen clearly here in a photo snapped by police in an unmarked car. The driver admits to driving carelessly. I wonder when he got the courage to come clean about it? I'd guess shortly after seeing the proof. Local authorities are contemplating revoking his driving privileges. Not a bad idea. Has anyone been on a bus lately? Whenever they come to the slightest stop, everyone standing jolts, has to reposition themselves etc. That makes this whole situation even more disturbing. That girl could have gone flying even in normal driving situations. Not just because the driver happened to "not have either hand on the steering wheel. One was on the mobile phone, one on the window."
