Troy Lee Designs Range Rover Sport
Troy Lee Designs is known for its insane paint work. Troy Lee started painting motocross helmets for his friends in his parent's garage over 20 years ago. Now in additional to painting motorcycle helmets, Troy and his team lend their talent to special projects ranging from guitars to this Range Rover Sport Supercharged. This particular example went through a 10-stage process with three coats of House of Kolor black paints and over 60 hours of hand applied paintwork, including 12-karat white gold leaf for the Range Rover lettering. On top of all that paint are 6 applications of clear coat, with the entire paint process taking 250 hours. It's nice work, but we're not so sure it fits the Range Rover image.
