UK gets its first bioethanol E85 pumpJust in time for the first deliveries of Saab's 9-5 BioPower flex-fuel car, supermarket chain Morrisons opened the UK's very first E85 pump Wednesday. Pump 1 will open in Norwich, followed by four other sites in eastern England.

The Harvest BioEthanol E85 fuel will be priced about 2 pence per liter below gasoline. In many parts of the U.S., E85 costs as much or more than gasoline, as demand for ethanol exceeds supply.

Morrisons is also one of the UK's leading retailers of LPG auto fuel, with more than 45 outlets.
