Why dealerships suck
The latest rant by Robert Farago over on The Truth About Cars takes on the establishment of the dreaded dealership experience. One of our readers looking for a new Mustang posted about horrible dealership moments over the phone! Now he won't even bother. I suggested to him and strongly suggest buyers use internet sales associates if they're offered by your local dealer. This is great for busy folks who don't want to deal with the hassle of going into a dealership and get slobbered over by stereotypical sales people.
