Winter tips, you can always use a refresher

I know we've run some of these before but as I sit looking out at whiteness I figured why not send out the latest batch of rehashed winter driving tips. It is a decent Q&A though which will school you on proper tire pressure and everyone should have a winter driving kit in their car. Although I confess to not having one myself.
